To buy travel insurance is not mandatory. Even if the research for the best travel insurance quote is not an easy job. Sometimes you live under the impression that a travel insurance is not a necessary thing, considering the times when you traveled outside the country and you didn’t need one. Usually is not a cheap one, especially when traveling with kids, or the one covering baggage loses. Not buying travel insurance is an option, but does it worth the risk? Me, personally, I would never go on an exotique vacation in a foreign country without one. I rather spend an extra $100 or so for our trip for a premium insurance that will cover any sickness or accident.
